One beautiful day in Granville Island + Outfit of the day!

Today was suuuuch a beautiful and sunny day here in Vancouver!
Went to grab brunch with my ex-classmate who always does a regular brunch date with me in Gastown and then decided to go down to Granville Island with my boyfriend to enjoy every bits of sunshine :D

I actually made these two bead bracelets at Bead Works in Granville Island today!

Top, Lace bra top and Maxi skirt from Brandy and Melville (here, here and here), Wedge sandal from Aldo (from last year), Bag from Rebecca Minkoff (here), Rings from Aldo, Nails are Essie in Bazooka (here)

Take a look at these live Spotted Prawns that we got at the fisherman's wharf! Don't they look so fresh and plump? They are all in my stomach now :D

My boyfriend couldn't wait to get home to eat those delicious looking prawns and decided to walk in front of me on himself! :P

Hope you guys are having wonderful weekend and thank you for reading! :D

Brandy Melville in Vancouver?!

When I found the newly opened Brandy Melville store on my way to holt to return some stuff yesterday, I was pleasantly surprised! How did I not know that Brandy and Melville opened in Vancouver?!

Brandy Melville is a clothing/accessories shop, and I think it first opened in the states (I am not sure..I couldn't find where they are from anywhere :S) and they have eight different locations world wide: Santa Monica, New York City, Honolulu, Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin, Munich and Vancouver. (YAY!)
I recognized the name of the store right away because I remember being jealous of my sister's gorgeous oversized burgundy sweater from Brandy Melville that she got from her trip to NYC when I was visiting her in Baltimore.
Their have a lot of pieces that are oversized, (most of them are one size), and their t shirts are SOOO SOFT!! I don't know what material it is, but it is pretty sheer and extremely soft.
Also, they are pretty affordable for the quality of clothes that they have. I would say it's a little bit pricier than Forever21 but a lot more affordable than Urban Outfitters, which I am actually very impressed with the quality of clothes they have.
I absolutely adore their collection! Ended up buying this basic white v-neck t shirt which was extremely soft and a black maxi skirt.

If you want to check out their store, it is located on 850 Granville Street, Vancouver.
It is right beside the adidas store on granville street.
Also they have their website: www.brandymelvilleusa.com
Thanks for reading! :D
